Police appeal for info in outrage of modesty case

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for the man in the photo above to assist with investigation into a case of outrage of modesty reported in the vicinity of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 that took place at about 2pm on Nov 16.
The man is believed to be in his 30s, with short hair and tanned complexion. He was wearing a blue polo t-shirt with the word 'NIKE' imprinted on the front of his t-shirt with black Bermudas and black slippers.
