You can visit Tiong giant supermarket in People's Park complex for variety of Tiong products not seen before and they are cheaper than NTUC. I bought a bunch of grapes for $3 while NTUC selling at around $5+.

It's even cheaper at Bugis Street, near the end of it facing the hawker centre. All Tiong grapes lah, same stuff. :biggrin:

The stalls at Bugis Street, terrible fierce looking foreign bu always seen screaming at her customers. Is their fruits cheap? Yes, but you need to sell your dignity to the seller first.
 
Prime mart got sell the Shine Muscat grapes.............2 x 500gm boxes for $4.45.............very nice too.......i ate 4 boxes liao...........

China causing deflation. Those grapes from xinjiang cannot be sold anywhere else except in asia due to unilaterally imposed western sanctions.
