I really donno the reasons for people who strongly opposes religion. I mean how could they strongly oppose something which they don't believe in? It's like people who has never taken a plane asked you not to take it.

Only when people have taken a plane know the feelings of peace up there, and could indulged in the splendour of God's creation. Of course the noisy engine of the plane should not deprive you of this enjoyment.

How could nature be intelligent in designing the trees, the mountains, the rivers streams, and created life with organs that served complicated purposes? Is there a prove that nature is intelligent? To be intelligent you have to think! Have we proven nature can think?

There's is only one prove that man is an intelligent creature. He can designs things and create things. So the creator of the Universe, God, should be quite similar to a man like structure.

when you want to know which oil to put into your car, you need the service instruction manual from the manufacturer of your car. you don't put vegetable oils or other cod liver oils into your car. and who decides to put the oil into your car? will your car break down if you put in the wrong oil?

the bible is like a service instructional manual for man, created through the inspiration of God, the manufacturer of mankind. it gives us instructions on how to live our life, so that we don't break down easily.

if you call chicken, will you get VDs, Aids or finally death?

if you gamble, will you quarrel with your family and cause a breakdown in the family?

if you have hatred instead of love, will your life be miserable?

All these are stated in God's manual, i.e. The Bible.

At least our great PAP tried ways to improve things and try as hard as possible to help the people. But what about your religion? Did it do anything to help physically?
