  首先就国之重器核动力航母来说,目前单堆功率最高当属于美国的福特级航母,其采用了两台核反应堆,单堆功率输出功为120兆瓦,采用综合船舶电力系统,三代中压交流供电方式,而就我国来说,目前中国最先进的水面舰艇用大型核反应堆,功率超过100兆瓦,目前已用在俄罗斯北极号重型破冰船上,其上的版本为中俄合作版,关键技术均采用中国方案和核心技术,其型号名称为RITM200,而中国版本则为ACP100 和ACP1000,相信随着技术的发展,中国会及早改良发展出其航母专用核反应堆,并在原有功率基础上达到进一步提升。而就供电方案来看,很可能采用马伟明院士的中压直流方案,其属于第四代技术,比美方先进一代。

  因而其利用核能的效率应该有所超越美国的福特级,其采用的电机有可能是新一代的大功率电机,其功率单台很可能达到40兆瓦左右,超过此前的中国既有20兆瓦单台功率的电机,目前世界上最大功率的船用电机当属于单台功率20兆瓦级别的电机,此功率应用于已有的女王级航母和45型驱逐舰,而目前的福特号航母的驱动还是常规驱动。而基于综合船用电力系统带来的电磁炮,粒子束武器,微波武器和激光炮的革命,估计将亘穿至本世纪50年代。

  关于中国航母工程,2月25日召开的中船重工年度质量与安全工作会议中还提及,上级军政机关领导对“中船重工2017年在国产航母等国家重点工程领域取得的突出成绩和为海军装备现代化建设和国民经济发展作出的突出贡献”给予充分肯定。

  有军事观察人士表示,核动力航母优势明显,拥有无限航程,无需携带自用燃油,可为舰载机携带更多航空燃油,加速性能强,同样航程下可比常规动力航母更快到达战区,核动力还能提供更大的电力供应能力。在001型航母辽宁舰服役、002型国产航母下水并即将海试之后,这是官方首次确认中国核动力航母计划的存在,从中船重工的表述来看,核航母还处于“加快攻关突破”的过程中。此前两艘航母都是常规动力,而关于第三艘中国航母也即第二艘国产航母以及后续型号是否采用电磁弹射和核动力的讨论,在军事圈里一度热火朝天。如今可以肯定的说,核动力和电磁弹射是中国后续航母的选项。

  纵观世界,美国海军现役11艘核动力航母,10艘尼米兹级和1艘福特级,是世界首屈一指的娴熟运用核动力航母的“超霸”,福特级还是目前世界上唯一装备电磁弹射技术的航母。除美国之外,法国海军有一艘戴高乐号核动力航母,但由于使用了核潜艇上面的核反应堆,后续问题很多,成为一个失败的教训。

  实际上,世界大国当中,对于核动力航母的追求是持续不断的,核航母被视为海上大国的象征,但大多由于经济实力、技术实力和造船能力的原因而无法实现。据俄国际文传电讯社25日披露,俄罗斯正在研究为俄海军建造10万吨级新航母的计划,该航母可能采用核动力,全长330米、可搭载90架飞机和直升机,包括米格-29K和舰载版苏-57隐身战机,航母的就建造将在2018-2025俄国家新军备计划框架下进行。但鉴于俄罗斯的经济实力和造船能力,就连俄罗斯军事专家都对此表示质疑,俄军事科学院教授瓦季姆·科久林称之为“那只是一种美好的愿望”。

  关于中国是否建造核动力航母的问题,军事专家张召忠曾在去年的海峡两岸对话节目中认为,中国第二批航母第三艘第四艘航母“不可能采用核动力”、“我一直在说不可能”,因为技术成熟化还需要很长时间。

  中船重工的这份战略纲要首次明确要发展核动力航母。比照当年首艘国产航母发布的时间节点可以发现,此刻核动力航母研制工作不仅仅是启动,甚至应该是已经取得初步进展。这种分析得到航母专家李杰的认可,28日他对《环球时报》记者表示,“可以这样认为,核动力在大型舰船上的应用取得了明显突破性的进展。”

  是否具备建造的基础?

  那么从公开的信息来看,中国发展核动力航母是否具备成熟的基础。这个答案也可以追溯到2017年11月中船重工党组书记、董事长、航母工程总指挥胡问鸣的一句表述上。胡问鸣在深入我国首艘国产航母工程现场指挥部党委做党的十九大精神宣讲报告时表示, 现在我们已经能够自主地设计和建造任何型号的国产航母。

  李杰对《环球时报》表示,从这句话中可以得出中国不仅仅是能建造柴油机、燃气机也包括核动力航母,也能建造滑跃起飞,弹射起飞技术的航母,基本的核心技术都已经掌握。

  具体到核动力航母,李杰认为,核动力装置是一项系统工程,不仅仅是动力系统的问题,而是非常复杂,综合考虑的问题。核动力航母顾名思义是核动力系统,中国在核动力应用上早已经掌握,比如说核潜艇的实际应用。李杰进一步解释说,核动力在大吨位战舰上的应用有关键技术,并不是说核动力的简单叠加。这也是有失败案例的,戴高乐航母将两台核动力系统叠加使用并不成功。能为航母提供持续、高速的动力,核动力需要重新设计,这是一个很大的突破。其次从安全性上讲,核安全是非常重要、关键的指标,对人身安全、设备的指标符合符合国际标准,真正达到安全的性能指标,以及在停靠港口要进行核动力装置指标测试。其次,核动力航母还面临一个世界难题,就是在核动力装置达到寿命之后的处理的问题,如何变成无害。

  按照中船重工官网的介绍,该集团公司是中国最大的造修船集团之一拥有国内外著名的大连船舶重工集团有限公司等一批专业公司,大连造船厂正在建造中国首艘国产航母。而未经官方证实的消息显示中国船舶工业集团公司的江南造船厂正在建造中国的第二艘国产航母,这艘航母将不再是辽宁舰的翻版,而有巨大突破。因此核动力航母的建造非这两家莫属。

  核动力航母建造的意义

  对于中国建造核动力航母的意义,李杰认为非常必要。从中国建造航母的节奏来看,每一步都有跨越提升。虽然第二艘航母似乎变化不大,但其在消化、吸收航母技术上打下了坚实基础,这是一种蓄势待发。“每下一艘航母都能跨越提升,第三艘航母直接从滑跃起飞跨越到电磁弹射,第四艘在动力有重大突破。”这意味着航母在几大关键技术方面完成了跨越,在这之后,中国航母发展进入新阶段:真正意义上拥有大中型航母的国家,并且掌握符合世界最新标准,和美国并驾齐驱的航母技术。

  李杰表示,从现实意义上看,新时代的发展过程中,中国国家利益会在海外继续拓展,延伸到世界各个海域。如果不建造核动力大型舰船,海军的编队不可能长时间在海外航行,无法保障国家的海外利益。常规动力航母必须要有大型综合补给舰伴行,这也需要靠港补给,或者有海外基地;而一旦拥有核动力航母,就可以长期在海外活动,比如美国核动力航母在海上可以航行半年之久,这样才更有利于保护国家安全和海外利益拓展。

  请注意,纲要中有一句话是“为海军2025年实现走向深蓝远海的战略转型提供高质量武器装备”。这什么意思呢?也就是说,我国在2025年前要把核动力航母开出去投入部署。考虑到制造周期,考虑到试航周期,这个时间怎么说也得七八年的时间。那么,如果按照七八年时间去匡算的话,从现在到2025年恰恰就是七八年。据此推论,现在我们的核动力航母就应该开建了或即将开建。

  新兴核潜艇意味着什么?到底是096新兴弹道导弹核潜艇还是更高级的型号呢?安静型潜艇则是一个新亮点,这意味着我国全电推进的常规动力潜艇将肯定服役。至于水下无人只能对抗体系、水下立体攻防体系和海战场综合电子信息系统等都是新的领域的重大突破了。这些突破意味着,中国海军将在未来七八年时间里彻底走向深蓝,成为世界除了美国之外的第二大海军力量。

  根据现在的进度,我国在2025年将至少拥有3个航母舰队,甚至可能拥有4个航母舰队,其中至少一艘航母是核动力。

  另一位不愿透露姓名的军事专家对《环球时报》记者表示,从中船重工的文章来看,核动力航母的研制正处于攻关阶段。“为海军2025年实现走向深蓝远海的战略转型提供高质量武器装备”的表述很可能意味着核动力航母将在2025年前后装备部队,那么中国核动力航母或许不迟于2020年开建。

  哪些关键技术需要突破

  近日,中船重工发布全新发展战略纲要,明确提出加快实现核动力航母等攻关突破,为中国海军2025年实现走向深蓝远海的战略转型提供高质量武器装备。短短一句话里有两个关键词,一是核动力航母,而是2025年。这是在我国建造核动力航母的消息于民间流传多年之后,首次有官方机构,而且还是航母建造方作出明确表态。一般来说,大型核动力航母的性价比要远远高于中型核航母,就像美军“尼米兹”级10万吨超级航母与法国“戴高乐”号4万吨级中型航母的对比那样。所以中船重工宣告的核动力航母攻关,较大可能指的是类似“尼米兹”级的大型核航母。

  目前,中船重工旗下的大连造船厂正在建造我国首艘国产航空母舰002航母,该航母为5万吨级常规动力滑跃式航母。近来还有消息称,中船工业旗下的江南造船厂已经开工建造我国首艘常规动力弹射型航母(暂称003航母)。那么加上中船重工最新宣布的核动力航母(暂称004航母)规划,这意味着在未来几年,我国军工或许会出现同时建造3艘不同吨位、不同动力系统、不同起降方式航空母舰的盛况!

  具体来看,002航母与辽宁舰一样,满载排水量约5.9万吨,采用蒸汽轮机动力装置,可搭载至少24架歼-15舰载战斗机。由于采用滑跃起飞方式,002航母的舰载机出动效率与辽宁舰类似,但是其甲板相比辽宁舰布局有优化,因此会提升一些飞机调度效率。而且002航母的舱室结构、子系统配置与布局等,完全按照航空母舰标准实施,不像辽宁舰那样按照重型载机巡洋舰设计。所以002航母从某种意义上讲,才是中国海军的第一艘战斗型航母。

  003航母虽然暂未亮相,但从中国海军任务需求和潜在作战对象可以做出大致推测。其排水量应该与美军已退役的常规动力航母“小鹰”号接近,最大排水量可能超过8万吨。003航母基本确定会采用电磁弹射装置,会是中国海军首艘采用弹射+阻拦起降方式的大型航空母舰。不过003航母预计仍会采用与002航母、辽宁舰类似的蒸汽轮机动力装置。采用常规动力其实并不影响电磁弹射器的使用,而且中国军工已在舰艇电力系统方面取得了突破,对舰艇用电问题基本没有太多可担心的地方。

  003航母预计可搭载40多架歼-15弹射型舰载机(或者是改进型歼-15B),还会首次配备空警-600固定翼预警机。所以相比舰载战机载机量只有20多架,而且也没有固定翼预警机的002航母和辽宁舰,003航母就算没有采用核动力,其战场态势感知、舰载机作战范围等,也上了好几个台阶。与美军“尼米兹”级核动力航母相比,003航母最大的短板在于不能实现“无限航行”。

  也就是说,003航母因为不能像“尼米兹”级那样几乎不用补充燃料,所以出海部署时间会比后者少一些,对于中国海军来说“使用率”相对就低不少。因此,不少国内军事专家也一直认为003航母只是过渡型弹射航母,它除了可以扩大中国海军的航母规模,还被用于验证电磁弹射器、平直飞行甲板等航母子系统。

  此前有消息称,我国常规动力弹射型航母不会只造003一艘。但是在中船重工发布了新战略纲要只有,恐怕这种观点的可信度会大大下降。因为一般来说,一艘航母的建造周期平均为6-7年。尤其对于中国这样的第一次造核动力航母的国家来说,还得一切顺利才能保证在上述周期内建成一艘核航母。而且中船重工的纲要提到了2025年这个关键时间节点。

  结合语境可以看出,中船重工可能根据海军的要求,全力争取在7年后,也就是2025年完成我国首艘核动力航母的交付。

  那么到2025年,中国海军拥有的航母将会比图中的还要多一艘。

  2月27日的中船重工微信官方号发布的这个新时代发展纲要里,言之凿凿地写了“加快实现核动力航母、新型核潜艇、安静型潜艇、水下无人智能对抗体系、水下立体攻防体系和海战场综合电子信息系统等攻关突破,增强基于网络信息体系的联合作战能力、全域作战能力,为海军2025年实现走向深蓝远海的战略转型提供高质量武器装备。”

  如此直白地把目标说出来也是罕见,所以今天这条微信已经被微信公号删掉了……这其实倒是不罕见……

  这段话说明了两个重要信息,一个是明确的核动力航母,一个是2025年的时间节点,当然走向深蓝远海那是肯定的,也没见谁家搞个核航母做空潜快核心的。

  中国的核动力航母会是什么样的风貌,其实没有什么争议。都核航母了您还好意思滑跃起飞?那自然得是和美国人一样的大甲板带弹射器和阻拦着舰大型航空母舰。这些东西第二艘国产航母上就得开始验证和应用;至于舰体什么的,第一艘国产航母是复刻版辽宁舰,第二艘可能要接近小鹰级的话,本身也和核航母所需要的尺寸接近。比较有难度的,恰恰就是核动力装置的实现形式。

  西葛西造舰设想的国产核航母,作为国内设想里比较精致的一款,也代表了国人对国产航母的期望:大一点,更“福特”一点!

  除了美国之外,全世界只有法国海军有一艘实际造出来的核航母“夏尔·戴高乐”号,因为家里穷但是又死要面子,法国一定想要核动力但是没钱重新研制核动力,所以直接拿了本国“凯旋”级弹道导弹核潜艇的K-15反应堆double了一下,结果就是作为一艘舰队航母,“戴高乐”号的航速只有25节,要不是英国的女王级航母航速也只有25节,“戴高乐”号简直就要被开除母籍了。

  当然也多亏了“戴高乐”只有25节,不然髪国这些个拉法耶级巡防舰怎么能够心安理得用最高25节的航速给一个航母护航呢?

  其实我国很早就在考虑核航母的构型。上世纪80年代末海军在进行航母论证的时候,几种中型航母方案中就有核动力方案。当时的核航母方案吨位和“戴高乐”差不多,动力方案也和“戴高乐”差不多。法国用的是“凯旋”的反应堆,我们用的是当时规划的094的堆(和现在的094不全一样);K-15单台带动的蒸汽轮机有40000马力出头一些,我们设想的功率也差不多;唯一的区别是中国海军没有发过那么费拉,在核反应堆数量上比法国还要double一下。

  不过实际上“戴高乐”的经验说明,水面舰艇的核反应堆和核潜艇的核反应堆其实还是有不少差异的。虽然和陆地上用来发电的反应堆注重发电效率和核燃料利用率相比,这两种船用反应堆都更加注重能量密度和缩小反应堆的体积,但在这之间,船用核反应堆更加注重功率最大化,而潜艇用核反应堆除了更加注重堆的尺寸(塞不进耐压艇体里那不等于白干了)之外,还要更加注重对噪音的控制,对于功率相对就没那么大压力。所以用一款核潜艇用反应堆来兼职带航母那基本是带不动,特别当你的航母还得要面对世界一流的对手而不是非洲的殖民地的时候。

  虽然看起来是省钱了,但是“戴高乐”的作战性能天花板却因为反应堆大大降低了

  如此看来,对于中国的核动力航母,专堆专研十有八九是免不了了,虽然中国早就有研制核潜艇反应堆的研究所,近年来也一直在取得新的研究成果,陆上发电的核反应堆的技术也在引进了美俄法三大流派以及自行研制之后大有进展,但是在舰用反应堆上,除了包括核动力破冰船之类的一些研制之外,并没有真正实用的成果,因此不难发现,研制一款真正供航母使用的核反应堆,仍然不是一件“立等可取”的简单事情。

  所谓的国产核动力破冰船、核动力综合保障船、海洋核动力平台和可潜式海洋核动力平台,从这个模型的细致程度和“不科学”程度就能看出来,这些东西还停留在“概念”的阶段,距离使用还有很大的距离。

  按照现有的国产航母建造速度,第一艘国产航母在2020年前就能竣工并且开始海试;而在南方开工的第二艘国产航母在2020年前后也将初见雏形,到2025年应该也已经开始试航或者至少下水舾装了;至于第三艘国产航母,如果从最乐观的角度看,即该舰是核动力航空母舰的话,那么2025年这个时间节点上,我们的国产核航母应该也能看到大概的轮廓了;而如果保守地再建造一艘常规动力航母之后再上马核航母,那么到2025年,我们在看到第三艘国产航母建造甚至下水的同时,也一定会听到有关国产核航母开工在即的好消息。

  也许有人认为,这只是梦想,其实中国科研人员正在圆梦!但是笔者,可以查找到一篇本世纪初的军事刊物文章,有关记者采访了“超导磁流体推进器潜艇”的总设计师的记录。2008年时,在国内又有媒体报道,又发现了一则代号:“洛神”超导磁流体推进器潜艇成功试车的消息,可惜只是文字报道,没有任何细节与照片。

  2012年时,国际技术交流会议上,中国首次介绍了有关潜艇磁流体推进的技术理念,2013年,又有报道中称及:中国计划在第四代常规潜艇上采用磁流体推进器技术。国内刊物上,也发表了有关的想象图等资料,至于国内的学术刊物中,有关磁流体推进的论文数量不少,而且数量呈现上升之势。

  种种现象表明,我们确实在研究相关技术,而且中国海军很可能将成为第一个列装超导磁流体潜艇的国家。也许可以把所有的国家甩到身后,形成20年左右的技术差距。

  [环球网军事报道]中船重工集团公司官网日前发布的一篇文章在互联网上引发强烈关注,因为文中不仅罕见公开提及中国正在进行核动力航空母舰相关技术攻关,还提到了新型核潜艇、安静型潜艇等众多吸引眼球的名称。

  中船重工提到的一系列关键技术引发猜想,其中包括“新型核潜艇、安静型潜艇、水下无人智能对抗体系、水下立体攻防体系和海战场综合电子信息系统”。

  一位匿名军事专家对《环球时报》记者表示,新型核潜艇的表述说明中国的093攻击型核潜艇、094战略核潜艇后继有“艇”了,可以想象它们将在静音性、续航力和舰载武器上有新的突破。从目前美俄的核潜艇发展来看,中国新型核潜艇可能将比093和094更大。而安静型潜艇很可能是下一代柴电常规潜艇。目前,中国的039系列柴电潜艇已开始使用AIP动力系统,相信新一代常规潜艇在静音性能上或将与世界最高水平并驾齐驱。

  另外,水下无人智能对抗系统可能会将目前方兴未艾的无人潜航器与人工智能技术相结合,极大提高反潜作战能力,并可能与新型潜艇协同作战。这项技术与水下立体攻防体系将一同为航母、核潜艇保驾护航,补齐中国海军长期以来反潜作战的短板。海战场综合电子信息系统则可能会将现有海上、水下和空中平台、传感器融合为一个完整的网络体系,具备类似美军网络中心协同瞄准系统的能力,充分发挥战斗力倍增器的作用。(张杰 郭媛丹 刘扬)

  2月27日,中国船舶重工集团公司(简称中船重工)《新时代中船重工高质量发展战略纲要发布》一文中称,“加快实现核动力航母、新型核潜艇、安静型潜艇、水下无人智能对抗体系、水下立体攻防体系和海战场综合电子信息系统等攻关突破,增强基于网络信息体系的联合作战能力、全域作战能力,为海军2025年实现走向深蓝远海的战略转型提供高质量武器装备。”

  国内媒体在转载这则消息时,基本都把重点放在文章提到的核动力航母、新型核潜艇、安静型潜艇等武器装备及相关系统上,却忽略了另外一个重要的时间节点信息,那就是“2025年”。既然要为海军“2025年实现”战略转型提供武器装备,那么就必然不可能2025年才开始建造国产核动力航母,而从首艘国产航母的建造到下水的进度来看,2025年首艘国产核动力航母下水并非不可能——毕竟整个我们已经改装了一艘和自主设计建造了一艘。

  建造核动力航母需要攻克多项关键技术,尤其是核反应堆技术。

  当然,核动力航母与常规动力航母相比,技术上肯定更为复杂,这也是为什么中船重工的文章称“加强攻关突破”的原因。比如从核力量航母的“心脏”——船载核反应堆来说,由于航母的船体的规模有限、航行过程中功率改变频繁且幅度大、海洋条件多变、远离基地码头的保障支援,核动力反应装置的稳定运行会受到极大的考验。从核动力航母使用经验最丰富的美国海军来看,由于不能像地面核反应堆组那样可以频繁停机交替更换燃料和检修,美国船用反应堆的燃料浓度在93%以上(超过武器级的浓度),这样才能保证使用几十年不换核燃料。在这种情况下,船用核反应堆的安全要求就变得非常苛刻起来,一旦发生事故,后果将不堪设想。

  熟悉海军装备的网友都知道,美、法两国的首艘核动力航母的核反应堆都是在核潜艇的反应堆基础上改进的。虽然中国拥有建造核潜艇的经验,但提升至适合航母使用的水平并不是简单叠加那么简单,二者有相似之处,但技术难度远远不同。还是以美国为例,“企业”号航母装备了8座反应堆,不仅占用大量空间,而且在使用过程中也暴露出很多问题,所以美国海军在后来建造的尼米兹级航母上装备了2座A4W反应堆。

  中国目前尚无必要建造美国那样的大型核动力航母

  如果我们再把目光往回看的话,就会发现,早在2013年初,中船重工七一九所在回顾2012年的工作成绩时就透露:“核动力船舶关键技术及安全性研究” 863项目和“小型核反应堆发电技术及其示范应用”科技支撑项目正式立项,这些信息表明,本文前面提到的核动力航母相关的技术,早就已经开始在攻克之中。

  中国海军核动力航母的建造还要根据具体需求,不过,对于中国海军而言,目前并没有必要建设美国海军那样庞大的海上航母力量,因此是否建造,或者什么时候建造核动力航母还需要看中国海军远洋作战训练的具体需要,比较对于年轻的中国海军航母部队来说,还有很多的事情需要一步步探索。(作者署名:迷彩派)
