Actually that term Safe & Effective isn't a new thing.... it goes way way back and it seems all vaccines uses the term Safe & Effective which obviously is not. Even the BCG, MMR, DTAP, Polio, HPV, etc.. vaccines. None are safe and effective.... How many kids suffered permanent brain damage due to the MMR vaccine?
