A Russian pervert was snapped on security camera taking an up-skirt photo of a woman in a store.
CCTV footage showed the deviant sneak up behind the women as the browsed for clothing.
The creep takes a look around to see if anyone is watching, pulls out his camera and crouches down at the back of the distracted woman wearing a dress and hat.
He puts the camera between the woman's knees and takes a photo – with a flash.
Then he takes another picture, also with a flash.
But the lech had no idea his brazen behavior was being recorded when he took the pics in June.
According to the person who posted the video on LiveLeak on Monday, the man was caught.
