Why do people choose to be in the newspapers?
I don't mean those who are quoted because they have been asked questions relating to their work, or because they are public figures or because they are embroiled in some legal case.
I'm referring to those who talk about their homes or personal finances. Why would they want to appear in the newspapers? Isn't this attracting attention to themselves?
