Must make inflation sky high, too many idiots on the road and streets that provide no value whatsoever to shop owners. ! Too much congestion.

A *black out* will not serve any purpose, it'll send out a wrong message on energy conservation and they'll increase the tariff further. Just like obscene tobacco taxes.:(
