My MaxOnline contract with StarHub is supposed to be 8Mbps, but from last Monday, the speed has dropped to an average of 2Mbps. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem.
On my third call to StarHub last Saturday, it still could not resolve the problem. I was told to wait until the end of the month, as the problem 'should be resolved' by then.
Besides offering to waive my fees for one month, StarHub's customer service staff have not done anything to resolve the problem. They fail to understand that to me, time is more important than a fee waiver.
