LADIES of the Asean circle in Kuala Lumpur gathered for morning coffee at the Singapore High Commission in Jalan Tun Razak recently.

Playing host was the High Commissioner's wife Padmini Kesavapany. It was Singapore's turn to organise the Asean Ladies' Circle's monthly meeting.
The guest-of-honour was the Culture, Arts and Tourism Minister's wife Datin Suraya Md Noh. Also present was the Philippines Ambassador Jose Brilliantes.
