Charged with slashing hubby

A PART-TIME yoga instructress was charged on Monday with slashing her husband with a kitchen knife.
Alexandra Chan, 27, a permanent resident, is alleged to have slashed Mr Tang Siu Tong, 38, on his right hand and right knee cap at their condominium at Upper Bukit Timah Road on Sunday.
She was remanded for psychiatric assessment.
Her next court appearance is on Dec 7.
If convicted of causing hurt with a dangerous weapon, she can be jailed for up to seven years and fined.
