Peeping Tom gets 5 years' corrective training, caning

A peeping Tom was sentenced to five years' corrective training and one stroke of the cane on Tuesday for trying to molest a woman in a female toilet at a shopping centre.
Razali Abdullah, 26, had admitted to criminal trespass and pushing a 33-year-old Filipino woman into the toilet cubicle, covering her mouth, grabbing her wrist and punching her on the face.
The court heard that Razali was at The Verge at Serangoon Road on Feb 2 when he had a sexual urge.
He decided to prey on a victim in the female toilet by hiding in one of the cubicles of the fourth-level female toilet.
