AT THE moment, SBS Transit service 200 is the sole bus service plying South Buona Vista Road. Yet requests to the bus operator and the Public Transport Council (PTC) to increase the number of services there have fallen on deaf ears.
Both organisations have kept silent and appear oblivious to public feedback and complaints. They need to address this issue as it is a genuine problem.
Alternatively, they could at least explain why another bus service cannot be provided along South Buona Vista road and account for the long waiting times along that route.
