If you are really close to the grassroots, you will understand the grim reality in the lower stratum of our society.My 53 year-old neighbour is hiding at home with an apple-sized cancer tumour
protuding from her neck. She refused to go for any treatment for fear of bankrupting her family. That tumour had split open recently and the constant bleeding is causing her to avoid all human
contact.There are many examples of citizens like her who rather die than go for medical treatment because of the costs. They rather leave the money to their children than waste it on our world-class
