Can anyone please clear my doubts about Singapore Politics.

On every election the parliament will be dissolved before Nomination & Polling Day. Right?

Now, my question is whether will the parliament be reconstitute or resume before the Polling Day if the a government is form on the nomination day due to "no contest".....
