A radicalized clandestine, objected to by an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) and subject to a search warrant issued on 26 January by the Judicial Tribunal of Metz for apologies for terrorism, was arrested on Wednesday 14 February at 15:40 by agents of the brigade of the networks of Ile-French (BRF) on a train from the station of Saint-Lazare in Paris and to Mantes-la-J.
On 28 November, he made statements in favour of Al Qaeda in a church and filed a letter of threats. On the leap, he was identified using the automated fingerprint file (FAED) before being arrested in Le Havre, Seine-Maritime on 5 January, then hospitalized without consent by decision of a representative of the State (SDRE) due to psychiatric disorders.
“A notice order was decided by the TJ of Metz to take him into custody at the end of the care, but the suspect was running out before,” says a police source at Current Values. Filed S, known to the Treatment of Criminal Records (TAJ) and Territorial Intelligence, the individual is in an irregular situation and has been the subject of a notified OQTF. He is due to undergo a new psychiatric examination on Thursday.
