During GE , we have to differentiate between Practical world and Academic world !
Just look at the GE manifestoes, you can see slogans and rhetoric VS real- ground issues, but yet voters can be so daft to walk inside the academic world !
Oppo manifestoes have been the best in GE history, WP and SDP are the best among the best, but do the voters see the truth ? This is a blind problem we are talking about !
And then you have the PAP manifesto ---some wiser people say their words are more to slogans that used by places like North-korea, China, etc !
When we look at people who are so highly paid to be Govt officials, do you think these officials in sound mind would say they are servants to the peasants who mostly earn just enough from hand to mouth ?
Are these reluctant words (servants) uttered with hand clutching the balls, and then the true color of boss after the victory ?
If they are real servants, the peasants should see true wealth and live a better life with minimum debts right !
Would good officials praise themselves ?
Evil people are sometimes easy to tell by their gestures and they way they talk !
Now you people understand why HDB new flats are sold expensive with rebates and grants ?
When price is right, do we need illusive rebates and grants , and still pay a 20 to 30 yr debt ?
Worst of all, high price of HDB new flats has a reason---fatten the country reserves right ! This is the lastest !
Hearing and reading all these nonsense, do you Oppo still want to debate with the wrong opponents ? want to debate with 90yr old people ?
