I don't consider this to be a decline in fact it's quite the opposite. It shows just how capable the PAP MPs are in more ways than one.

I used to think they were all a bunch of socially inept nerdy bookworms. The recent string of scandals shows just how hot blooded in virile they actually are.

I fail to understand why they need to resign. They should be promoted instead.
