When civil servants have to perform their duties in public, they must be protected from abuses, threats and assaults but to the pappies, they are too dumb to understand this simple rule of protection.... and so, this is what happens ...

As an SCDF paramedic was trying to help his semi-conscious brother, a 32-year-old man hurled vulgarities at the officer and punched him...For using abusive words on a public servant, Muhammad Faizal Jabar was fined $1,500 on Thursday (Aug 11). Two other charges of using criminal force and hurting public servants were taken into consideration by District Judge Kessler Soh.

Pappies' jelly law of just getting thugs to pay fines for assaulting civil servant is a joke ... give him three strokes of the rotan and next time, he will kuai kuai obey the laws and lawmen...
