STOMPer Uglysingaporean says that this inconsiderate driver parked by the roadside, in front of De La Salle Primary School, and caused a traffic hold-up.

According to this STOMPer, this driver is a repeat offender who was previously caught obstructing traffic at the same place, as featured in an earlier posting on STOMP.

Uglysingaporean says:

"This car was again found parked in front of De La Salle Primary School at Choa Chu Kang St 52 this afternoon.

"This is the same car that caused a jam in an earlier posting.

"On closer look, it had a VIP decal on the windscreen, a state crest in the front and all the windows were tinted very dark.

"I am very disappointed. I thought they should be showing a good example and not misusing their power."

Have seen this car parked near Khatib MRT station , on top the dashboard at the driver seat put a signboard "Danger, do not come close" and have a VIP disc on the top left hand windscreen.

Will take a pic of that car and post here when i see the car again.

Finally someone objective. For your information, minister's cars do not have state crests on their grill. And it can't be a foreign dignitory's car either since it would have been marked "CD".
