The HDB had reserved the parking spaces for guests attending the opening of the Toa Payoh sensory park last Sunday. Twelve parking lots, not 20, were reserved.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused to residents and visitors and will be mindful to minimise such inconvenience in future.
