This is another example that PRs and foreign talents are accorded better treatment compared to the usual dung heap reserved for lesser peasants, who always have expectation gaps, are not enterprising or hungry for success.

It further appears the regime has carefully allocated them to deserving foreign talents with sweetheart rental fees e.g. 200-300 peanuts for a full moon?!
