On Dec 18, 2009, in an article 'HDB flats for IR workers' reported by Tessa Wong, the regime has allocated limited stock of rental flats to foreign talents toiling for the Integrated Resorts.

This is another example that PRs and foreign talents are accorded better treatment compared to the usual dung heap reserved for lesser peasants, who always have expectation gaps, are not enterprising or hungry for success.
