Employers are required by a law to give a day off to the maid, how then can the employer be held 'responsible' for her sexual romps on her day off?
Clearly the penalty should be imposed on the MO who did those pregnancy tests, how often are the urine samples collected at the GP clinics monitored to be from the maid?
The only sure way is; either the maid pees in front of the GPor a nurse for her urine sample or a blood test be the standard mandatory pregnancy test.
The maid should be made to divulge the identify of the 'father' of the child to pay the costs, isn't DNA verification of the child easily done to nail the father?
