Dear residents and friends of Tampines GRC,
We noticed this series of old photos being re-circulated from a stall in Tampines GRC.
This is in fact old news - it happened in 2011 because of an unhappy store owner who was penalized for contravening Town Council by-laws and has since left.
The store has since changed hands twice.
