PAP hiding SAF scholar genitals credentials

I notice recently, its hard to find out whether some SAF ex in a GLC or stat board was a SAFOS. Seems like they are hiding the fact that he was a SAFOS. Used to be they are very proud to trumpet that on their CV. Now no mention they were awarded SAFOS. Just tells where they have been to uni. Must be too any people starting to realize all these ex scholar genitals have never completed their OCS or NS. And they are actually absconders.
