--- ideally this shd be the way ... in the 70s/80s, we were headed in that direction and many poor ppl became middle-class, many middle-class became rich ... but around late90s/2000 ... PAP changed tack ...and those words are now a pack of lies

the strange thing is - ministers still continue to bluff us that that is what they're still doing ... and hide their corrupt ways ...
