In an unprecedented move, after a series of phone calls and behind the scenes negotiations, the following agreement has been reached with the PAP and all Opposition party heads which will be signed after poll results are announced for all 87 seats.
The agreement specifies that the PAP will pay for the bullet while the opposition parties will nominate the person to shoot Yap Keng Hoe in the head and spare every Singaporean any further agony and provide piece of mind for the future.
Much of the delay in reaching the agreement was caused by various govt and non govt bodies and political parties needing to submit a statutory declaration that they have not engaged, worked or directed the named individual Yap Keng Hoe in regard to the election or on any matters regarding politcs. The Singapore Retailers Association are adamant that none of their members have sold him any video or recording devices and they believe that it was acquired overseas.
Inside source reveal that the PAP has refused all these years to come to an agreement until they experienced the hardship as a result of fielding Ms Tin Pei Ling. They now understand the torment and can empathize with plight of the opposition.
Initial proposal to send him to Taiwan was rejected by the Taiwanese consul who declared immediately that they have their own share of mad men and see no reason why they should help Singapore from this menace.
The Americans have said that they have done their part by taking out Osama and cannot afford to handle another unsavory assignment.
The challenge now is to find a bullet big enough to do the job.
