It was indeed a breath of new hope for Pandan Valley with the appointment of a new Chair Lady in Ms Fatimah bin Abdul sukor , she seems to have brought life to the valley...new hope......new improvement in enbloc price....
Hope she will vie for the Chair Lady post after the enbloc to be MCST's , our current Aunty Any Talk is useless. She is more of a gossip and bully in the estate , since becoming Chair Lady when nobody wanted to carry on , she and her husband structs around like they own the whole of PV . Her husband is lagi yaya , he once asked a resident , do you know who is my wife? Obviously nobody knows , but he thinks he and his old aunty wife is Mr.& Mrs PM Lee? that everybody must know them..hahahaa What a goondoo he is .
During the last EOGM meeting ,there were a few clowns who came out to perform ;
1 . Chinese man claim to Doctor stood up and said I am NOT going to sell PV I love this place, it is so beautiful , BUT doesnt stay there ? what a strange attention seeker? who doesnt know it is beautiful but with a windfall from enbloc you can even get a better and more beautiful place which he did not realise.
2. Another man jumped up and shouted "Dont short change us " , he seems so ignorant , the massive government machinery will fall on the Sales committee if ever there is any reason for them to suspect foul play . Cheating or short change in this context is a jail offence , luckily no ROTAN !
3. A fat aunty then stood up to say she has a roof garden this is renovated and furnished like Shangrila , you Sales committee must include all the decoration and furnishing cost of my plants , tiles etc when you calculate enbloc of my unit. She also mentioned she should be granted a new unit at same size and cost to get her signature , maybe she thinks she is Ms.Universe BOOMZ ? apparently she was a Music Inspector from MOE before , now in her 70s , she spoke like she has the onset of dementia and mental problem.
4. Angmo man living in Blk 5 , former Chairman of MCST said he sent in a crumppled survey form marked with a huge cross ,ill bred angmo with poor manners...chow angmo!
5. Anonymous fellow said over my dead body but dare not identify unit, COWARD in action.
6. Mad man claimed PV is paradise , I dont want to sell . paradise is in Heaven , if he wants paradise , he should jump from the Tower block and go where he is yearning to go. Not in PV , there are so many crazy fellows who are pretending to be happy and contented with an outdated estate that has outlived its usefulness.As though they loved this place so much that they want to ignore a winfall , given half a chance , I will take the windfall money and built a more beautiful house or use part of it for a smaller unit and enjoy life with the remaining cash. Just wonder if these blokes have their brains grown at the wrong place , not up there but below where they pass shit?

Got guts and beauty , I will give her my support after that idiot Chester Hwang absconded when he thought his proposal for 80/20 apportionment was approved . Luckily he hurriedly left , otherwise he will be pelted with rotten eggs and stones if residents see him again. A friend of mine saw him around 6th Avenue , I am trying to search for him to give him a piece of mind ,he cant run away forever, be a gentleman and give us an answer why he try to ruin the enbloc by AWOL.
