Pakistan had a CIA regime change recently after a popular politician Imran Khan was ousted in a military coup. His party was subsequently banned when another election was called and a party dominated by the military it seems is in charge now even though independents aligned to Imran Khan won most of the seats.
Same as Bangladesh when the winner of a election was ousted by the CIA for being too friendly with China.
