STOMPer Ritz is surprised when the water pipe outside his HDB flat burst at midnight. The STOMPer wonders about the quality of the construction materials used.
The STOMPer said:
“The water pipe burst at around 12.10am and it sounded like an explosion.
“Water was gushing out for at least half an hour. Half the block is without water now.
“My meter is affected and it is still running.
“I feel that the quality of the construction materials is very low as Compassvale Lane is a new HDB building - just 6 months old.
“How can this happen?”
