the government must very quickly build many many new projects to accommodate population target

now many hdb flats as well as some older private apartments are being subdivided and rented to many tenants

this causes lots of social problems, fighting, quarreling and result in loss of social peace

another big problem is fire risk from smoking inside the home as well as charcoal stove cooking

charcoal also carries carbon monoxide risk if circulation no good

if the 6.5 million target is to be achieved, housing must be quickly built

this is no joke. there is no room for complacency

U know why there is overcrowding?

Sinkie birth rate continues to decline, only Foreign Trash numbers keep increasing! U still like your Ah Tiongs? lol

Singapore now is very crampy :(

Eunos and Bedok areas - empty land already been builted into new HDB flats.

Orchard Road - From Orchard MRT to Dhoby Gaut MRT.. a lot of new shopping malls is been builted.
ION Orchard & that Somerset MRT underground shopping malls have a basement of 4 levels down.

The Istana is taking up so much valuable land, should be moved to Kranji.
