NCSS is the national co-ordinating body for the social service sector. We are both a fund-raising and funding agency, and a membership organisation of voluntary welfare organisations (VWOs). In dealing with the social service challenges, NCSS works closely with government bodies, VWOs and valued partners to continually enhance the quality of social services for the disadvantaged. The starting salary is structured to meet market conditions, the demands of the job and individual competence. It will commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
