The big questions that Georgie Porgie Yeo should be asked is:
1) If Singapore is the premier medical hub for this region, and medical tourism is promoted due to the supposed high calibre of the doctors here, than why does he have to go to the US for his kid? Is he saying he has no confidence in the S'porean doctors to help his child? If he has no confidence, than why should others use singapore for their medical treatment?
2) The recent case where the 6 year old's family had to sell their flat, and still owe creditors money to the tune of $400K should be contrasted with BG Yeo's case. In both situations, the 6 year old girl had leukemia, like BG's son. But in S'pore, hospitals don't fuck care you, there is no compassionate grounds, u owe $400K, u pay whether patient lives or dies. Yet, this hospital in Memphis, was prepared to treat Yeo's son for free, some one who is not even a US citizen and a total stranger to their shores. Now ask yourself why u would still vote PAP.
