Recent newspaper report of a PAP run Town council, mentioned that there is a rise in highrise littering & it will cost the consumer more later, for costs had risen.

Isn't that the PAP's run TC's had excellent report by MND???, then, where did these littering come from? The housing estate must be some kind of slum, with so many people throwing litter out of their windows?

We never read or hear this from the Oppositions run housing estate?, maybe the residents there, are better educated & behaved...they throw their litters in their bins.:D

Cos FTrash and New Shityzen avoid living in Oppo wards?

Their thought process is absurd.
They have a problem with high rise littering and they want to make everyone pay more S&C charges so that they can clean up the mess.
If there is a problem with people vandelising public property, they should impose higher taxes on the citizens. This will ensure that they will have enough funds to repair the damaged property.
It's unbelievable that people can vote for and accept a government like this.

High-rise litter, low-rise litter, litter is litter. What additional costs to sweep up high-rise litter? If it's killer litter, i.e. heavy dangerous objects flung out of high-rise, there's another law to deal with that.

Anyway, littering is one of the most profitable source of income for NEA. Shouldn't littering fines go back to the TCs to defray costs?
