A STOMPer saw this man lying flat on his tummy on the floor of the bus, apparently peeping at some girls in the bus.
Said the STOMPer:
"I was with my friends on bus 7 going towards Clementi.
"This dude was just lying on the floor on the bus staring at three girls who were sitting behind at first and then they shifted their seats because of him.
"He was just lying on the floor staring at the three girls creepily who were seated behind me, who later changed places to the front.
"Other commuters just stared at him with a disgusted look but none of them really went and asked him what he was doing. My deduction was that he was mentally ill.
"The three girls alighted at Holland Village but thankfully he didn't follow them or else I would have done so too.
"He then got off the bus at Jalan Jelita's Cold Storage."
