STOMPer Cassandra says that an old lady in a wheelchair was unable to occupy the handicap area because of this inconsiderate couple.
She elaborates:
“This picture was taken in the train while I was on the way home with my mom from Tampines.
“This couple boarded the train at Simei station, and they stood at the handicap area.
“They were hugging each other like there was no one else in the train.
“But at the same time, there was this old lady in a wheelchair who could not move there as the couple had taken over the handicap area as their hugging territory.
“So the old lady had to stay near the train doors which can be quite dangerous for her.”
