As usual, fighting yesterday news in order to distract people from the recession and bad economy is part of the usual tactics deployed by LKY.
Its a sham really. I mean, instead of tackling this crisis, LKY is trying to put yesterday's wars in the spotlight when other people are suffering heavily for the inactions of the PAP government.
How many times do we have to know what LKY thinks anyway? Do we need to fight yesterday's war for the ego of LKY? Tell him such an effort by him now is pointless. Either he tells his son to do more to stop the Singapore economy from capsizing on us completely, or he shuts up if he has no idea.
In the end, this dialect fight is pointless and out of context. LKY has to shape up the economy and the future of this country. This cultural war that LKY had helped cultivated is no more than a distraction from his failed leadership and its sad to see LKY scoop to such levels to distract people. He has failed in being a wise elder statesman.
