It does not really matter as Biden will Screw up on the nuclear codes if war with Russia breaks out.
Right now, after NATO Europe was trying to de-escalate, US announced deploying more tomahawk missiles in Europe I. e. Poland and Germany, and Ukraine admission into NATO is accepted.
For Russia, there is no going back. It has to invade Ukraine totally or turn it into a wasteland.
