I would agree CSJ is eloquent when he speaks English. The strong accent however can be a disadvantage if he is perceived to be a "banana". Francis Seow and Sylvia Lim strike a better balance. The Chinese eloquence would go to LTK.

However, JBJ was never eloquent. Droning boringly is the impression of those who listened to his speeches. He is known for many great things but how eloquence became his asset beats me.
