China has successully built and implement its first airbase island type project in SCS... it is also act as naval base logistic support and warehousing for naval ships similar to Guam.

This Singapore size man made airbase island are fully reclaimed land start from scratch unlike Singapore was an island.

Now China can build for any country wishes to build the same project in their waters away from the mainland.
