Then this is not a company for coolie gene Sinkies. Sinkies want to WRH, 4 hours a day Mon to Thur, work life balance, cdc vouchers, no pressure.
I think if there is a defined goal the company has set, there will be a incentive to achieve this. As in Nvidia case, improving on its current crop of AI chips. Plus profit or revenue sharing with workers who get this done.
