I thought of the lack of clothes being the outfit for that scene. Being Mi Joo and performing the nude scene didn’t make me nervous. I don’t think the fact that I’m nude is the main focus of that scene. It’s about Mi Joo seducing Seong Jin in front of Soo Yeon. As an actress, when choosing something to work on, I imagine how certain scenes would unfold. For this scene, that’s how I saw it happening, and the director shared a similar vision—which I agreed with.

I also think it’s great that I got to take on such a role at a stage where I’ve somewhat established a name for myself. It would only bring me more recognition. I don’t think nudity is something only rookies do. I would have chosen this project no matter when it came my way. Whether I was less famous or more famous than I am now, I believe I’d have still made the same choice. But the more well-known I am, the more people will see the work, so I think that’s a positive.
