NTUC does not support HPB Healthy lifestyle campaign fully enough.

(Or search Google for 'HPB e-voucher merchants')
HPB gives only E-vouchers as 'step challenge' rewards in line with 'cashless'/ 'paperless' voucher system (also perhaps because HPB doesn't want to pay either registered mail fee (too expensive /too stingy) or afraid vouchers will be stolen if delivered by normal mail.
These e-vouchers are accepted at Sheng Siong, Giant, Cold Storage but NOT NTUC???!!!
Even ordinary F&B outlets accept e-vouchers:
obviously, NTUC either has OBSOLETE cash accounting systems or just cannot care less about supporting a national preventive health campaign / Movement.
Maybe HPB should just pay out cash prizes (GIRO into same account as GST credits), SAFRA like vouchers with user name and IC printed or distribute as medishield-life premium discounts since all PR and citizens are now compulsory premium payers into this national healthcare insurance scheme rather than turning the entire campaign into a charade to promote sectarian business interests or to promote over eating and wasteful spending (forced to eat more/ consume more because e-voucher expires in 3 or less months.
