<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"-->A 20-YEAR-OLD national serviceman was killed on Wednesday when his motorcycle collided with a car at the junction of Old Chua Chu Kang Road and Jalan Bahar.
The driver of the car, a 30-year-old woman, was turning right into Old Chua Chua Kang Road when she broadsided the victim's motorcycle coming from the opposite direction at around 6pm.
The pillion, a 19-year-old national serviceman, suffered facial injuries while the rider suffered multiple injuries.
They were both taken to National University Hospital, where the rider died at 7.15pm.

"when she broadsided the victim's motorcycle"

This means she slammed into the side of the motorcycle? or the motorcycle slammed into her side?

This means the side of the motorcycle crashed into her car. He should be deducted 12 demerit points and fined $5,000 before cremation, or from his estate, whatever of value he left behind. Motorcycle gear-shifting technology nowadays like very advanced, can go 4 ways? Ahead, reverse, left and and right. Very good brand, don't know which brand? :oIo:

Based on what was reported, it would seem like the motorcycle hit the lady's car.

However, since the lady was turning right and the motorcycle was from the opposite direction, it would appear that the lady is in the wrong as the motorcycle has the right of way given that it was going straight.

Unless she's connected, this lady is in deep shit. But then again, the life of an NSF is pretty worthless.

I'll say she gets 9 points, $200 fine. Unless...

Yes, but if she is a MIW she will get a acquittal.
