I dunno why he is so worried.
They can supply whatever weapons to Ukraine but there won't be anyone to use it. Ukraine army have been decimated. That is why NATO countries thinking of sending their army there to bolster Ukraine defence. Which may result in NATO-Russia conflict and impending nuclear Holocaust.
