Sengkang Sculpture Park becomes a hotspot for students to play with flour
A week ago, STOMPer Jervis saw a group of North Vista Secondary students playing with flour at Sengkang Sculpture Park. Today (Oct 16), he sent in photos of students from another school committing the same act.
"Students were seen playing with flour again. This time they were from Pei Hwa Sec," said the STOMPer.
