今日凌晨三時許，葵青區民主派區議員黃潤達辦事處遭潑糞便，門柄遺糞便，門口遺下生果等成「祭壇」。黃潤達回覆《香港01》時表示，今日凌晨透過閉路電視畫面發現一名中年女性疑犯，於辦事處門口有所動作，當時立即通過閉路電視對話功能呼籲對方停止，惟十數分鐘後對方又重返犯案。
黃潤達指，辦事處七月尾至今已三度遭潑糞便，其中一次門口更被灑上利是及花生，犯案手法類似懷疑是同一人所為，案件已交由警方處理，現時案件仍在調查中。

黃潤達續指，兩星期前辦事處已兩度發生手法類近的潑糞便案，包括上周五（2日）及7月26號凌晨，懷疑三宗案件均為同一人所為，包括在門柄位置潑上糞便，門口起「祭壇」。上周五的事件中，其門口被灑上花生及利是封，當時黃有報警求助，惟疑犯以口罩遮擋樣貌，未能辨認其人。
黃指，三宗案件手法類近懷疑均為同一人所為，又表示閉路電視片段中可見疑犯行為異常，但亦不排除案件於近日「反送中」事件有關。
外牆成街坊連儂牆 周一響應罷工
黃潤達本月一號於社交媒體上表示，辦事處將響應周一的罷工行動，指近日示威活動中的被捕人士「押上了自己的前途及生命」呼籲市民暫時放下工作，加入罷工行動。另外，其辦事處外牆亦早成連儂牆，供街坊貼上MEMO紙寫上留言。
