SHAH ALAM: For the first time in PAS’ history, a non-Muslim is not only invited as an observer at the party’s muktamar, but is also invited to speak to the delegates.
A representative from the party’s Supporters’ Club Vincent Lim took to the stage during the wrapping up session to address matters relating to non-Muslims.
Among the issues raised by him was complaints from supporters about difficulties to meet their elected representatives.
"I have received many complaints about how difficult it is for people to meet their state representatives and members of Parliament.
"I hope efforts are taken to address this problem. Those who have been elected, please remember you duties to the people who have supported you before,” he said
