I accepted the PM apology if only such action is taken place, :Abolish the GRC system. Install a " TWIN MP " system in specified constituencies whereby a minority candidate is included according the to current racial composition and written in our Constitution.

The valuation process is controlled by the HDB, do not fall into the trap of arguing the transacted price of HDB flats. The following encounter shows you the facts.

No Transparency and Accountability in valuation.
In 2000, I was selling my 5 years old flat which is next to the MRT. To my shocking surprises, I discovered that my flat was valuated with the same prices like those of 20 to 25 years flat and are some distance away from the MRT.

I ask the HDB, what are the criteria in the valuation process. The answer was " it is a secret", short less of invoking in the name of "national security". I put up my best educated guess to them, that is the valuation is based on the following criteria, (1) locality, (2) age of property, (3) level of unit, (4) renovation. They agreed.

Later, I realized that my flat was sold 10k more that the same 5yos old flat which are located 15mins away from the MRT. The prompt reply came, " your flat is next to the MRT", Now, isn't my valuation should be at least 10k more.

In 2003, according to ST the second higest in valuation of flat is surprisingly "Senkang", My guess is that there were a lot of unsold flat in Punggol, so if the HDB give a higher valuation to "Senkang" , most ppl will take up the new flat at "Punggal", since Senkang is at least 10yo older. So later if they want to sell the flat 5yrs after taking up the flat at Punggol, they will fetch a higher valuation.

The principle of buying a HBD flat thinking of reselling before taking up is completely against the principle of providing a roof over yr familes originally set up by the PAP garment.

If you blame the execution of polices from the bureaucracy, then its political masters should be blamed.

The PAP garment rises to the rein of the garment through the masses of the ppl, but today they are alienated from the masses. Who should there blamed ?

Thank you, LTK, CST, Sylvia for the courageous acts.

Vote the Opposition for more talented singaporean to come forward into politics. PAP come and go, Singapore Live forever.
