Almost every day, commuters have to wait for more than half an hour for bus service number 139 to arrive at Toa Payoh Bus Interchange, says STOMPer J.

The STOMPer says:

"Passengers of bus no. 139 at Toa Payoh Interchange had to wait for over half an hour before the bus captain finally arrived.

"This happens almost every day.

"Not sure if the bus operator considers bus 139 to be a low priority service.

"I hope they change that mindset as the entire Whampoa neighbourhood depends on it.

"It could be that the bus drivers are just plain lazy.

"Something ought to be done."
